Terms of Service
These terms apply to game-server hosting and related services supplied by RHITE LTD. By ordering or using a service, you agree to these terms and any product-specific limits shown at checkout.
1. Service provision
Resources are provided according to the plan purchased. RAM, storage and CPU policies are enforced to protect platform stability. Unless a separate service-level agreement is stated in writing, availability is provided on a best-effort basis.
2. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful activity, malware, denial-of-service attacks, credential theft, abusive scanning, cryptocurrency mining, or workloads that materially interfere with other customers. We may suspend a service where necessary to protect the platform, other customers or third parties.
3. Game licensing
You are responsible for complying with the licence terms of the game and any mods, plugins, server software or content you upload. RHITE LTD does not grant you rights to third-party game software.
4. Backups
Where a plan includes backups, they are a recovery aid rather than a substitute for your own copies. You should keep independent copies of irreplaceable worlds, configuration and content.
5. Payments and renewal
Recurring services renew at the interval selected at checkout until cancelled. Failed or overdue payments may result in suspension and, after a reasonable retention period, deletion of service data.
6. Support and migrations
Standard support covers the hosting platform and supported server templates. Complex modpacks, custom software, large migrations or third-party configuration may require additional work or a separate quote.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel renewal through the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for time already supplied. See the Refund Policy for more detail.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, RHITE LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by third-party software, or loss resulting from customer configuration or content. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
